DAY 1:Cairo
Up on arrival at Cairo International
Airport, our representative will be
waiting to guide you through the
airport formalities and escort you
to the hotel. Check in and overnight
stay at the hotel. |

DAY
2:Cairo
After breakfast, drive to Pyramids
and Sphinx. Then visit Saladin
Citadel and Mohamed Ali Mosque which
known as " Alabaster" Return to your
hotel and overnight. |

DAY 3:Cairo
After breakfast, Drive to the
Egyptian Museum of Antiquities for a
detailed, guided tour. Among other
fascinating exhibits, see the
treasures of the Tomb of
Tutankhamen. Have a rest and
continue to the streets of Khan el
Khalili Bazaar. Return to your hotel
for overnight. |

DAY
4:Cairo/Alexandria
After breakfast drive to Alexandria.
On your way, visit Wadi El Natroun,
where the Holy Family passed on
their way from Sakha. Wadi Natroun
has been the site of many
monasteries in spiritual
commemoration of the Holy Family's
passage through the valley. One of
the monasteries you will visit is Al
Sorian, where you can see the Gate
of Prophecies and ancient Coptic
buildings. Continue to Alexandria
for overnight. Alexandria was built
by Alexander the Great. |

DAY
5:Alexandria/Cairo
After breakfast, visit the church of
St. Mark. The Church of St. Mark is
built as the "pillar to the lord, at
its borders". St. Mark initiated the
spread of Christianity in Egypt
beginning in Alexandria. Continue to
the Catacombs, a remarkable example
of the Alexandrian blend of
Greco-Roman and Egyptian styles
carved into 100ft. of solid rock.
Next, visit the newly opened
Alexandria Library. (Closed on
Tuesdays.) In antiquity, the library
at Alexandria was the largest and
most important library in the world.
In April 2002, the library was
reopened with the ambition of
reclaiming its former glory and
prestige. Continue to Montazah
Gardens and view the exterior of the
Montazah Palace. Drive back to Cairo
for overnight. |

DAY 6:Cairo
After breakfast, visit Old Cairo,
among the most important locations
visited by the Holy Family, where
the spiritual impact of their
presence is most felt still though
their stay was brief. The governor
of what was then Fustat - enraged by
the tumbling down of idols at Jesus'
approach - sought to kill the child.
The Holy Family took shelter from
his wrath in a cave above which the
Church of Abou Serga (St. Sergius)
was built. Visit this church and the
whole area of the Fort of Babylon, a
destination of pilgrimage not only
for Egyptians but for Christians
from around the world. Drive back to
Cairo for overnight |

DAY
7:Cairo/St.Catherine
After breakfast, depart Cairo for
the Sinai Peninsula via the Suez
Canal tunnel. On route, visit Eyoun
Moussa (Moses' Spring), Hamam
Pharaon. Arrive at St. Catherine for
dinner and overnight |

DAY
8:St.Catherine
Wake up at 3:30 AM and climb the
Mountain of Moses. It was on this
mountain that Moses received the Ten
Commandments. It lies south of St.
Catherine's Monastery and rises to a
height of 7,497 feet. From the top,
experience the spectacular sunrise
as the dawn breaks over this land of
penetrating beauty and mystery.
Descend for breakfast at the hotel.
Visit the monastery of St.
Catherine, which sits at an altitude
of 5,150 feet on the reputed site of
the "Burning Bush". Commissioned by
Emperor Justinian, the monastery was
built between the years 527 and 565
in the name of the Alexandrine. In
the afternoon, return to Cairo for
overnight. |

DAY 9:Cairo
Check out from your hotel after
breakfast and transfer to Cairo
International Airport for final
departure. |
